The moment you enter , you get to take in the aroma of some of the most amazing fragrances like lavender , rose , honey , lemon , jasmine , coffee and what not.
These fragrances are also available in the form of oils , scrubs and shower gels.
That's me , when I got ready for the Sawadhee Signature Spa -
It covers an area of 5,000 sq.ft , which makes it the largest stand alone spa in Delhi.
It houses 5 private rooms and 2 couple rooms.
Each room has its own steam & shower and each couple room has its own Jacuzzi too !

STEPS FOR THE SIGNATURE SPA -
( this is what I experienced ! )
Oil Massage - Super relaxing and clam that I almost slept in the middle of that 90 minute massage. Helps in toning and tightening of the skin at the same time.
Hot Bags - packed with herbs and oils that help in relieving body pain and increases blood circulation in the body. It is super relaxing to have those bags put up on your body while the massage takes place.
Scrub - when applied on the body feels aweee-somee. It doesn't hurt at all , rather feels great. Scrub is done for about 40-45 minutes and then the body is supposed to step into a room full of steam.
Steam - heats and then sweats up the whole body which helps in opening the pores , so that the skin feels clean and soft. It also helps in losing weight.
Shower - ends the process and makes one feel fresh & energetic. Your body feels super soft and rejuvenated and leaves your body smelling like a flowerrrr !!!
and lastly , ' Herbal Tea ' is served. ( special flavours from Thailand )
It actually relaxes a human mind and tastes quite different & nice !!!
