~ TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF ~

The age of 21,feels very uncertain to be precise. Unexpected changes happen. People come and go. Complexity in life occurs and makes it difficult for a human to make life decisions or solve problems. Life goes on like a roller coaster and the funny bit is that things keep happening on their own and they leave you baffled. 




Personal Life - feels like a task... there's loneliness, and an oddly satisfying life. There are mixed emotions that are felt simultaneously, which often lead to depression, sadness or a behavioural change. 
Mood swings are a very common problem. They take a toll on you and your depression is more than doubled.

Social life - comes with a challenge. One starts comparing themselves to others and it only makes you feel worse. Humans have grown to be very competitive in nature which is the cause of negativity that is spreading around all of us. People are selfish & take others for granted for their own success. One is not able to make out what’s going on, what one should be doing, where should they be going, who to trust & who not to.... .so many weird situations and no solutions at all !

I recently did a Q&A on my Instagram ( 
@ thevogueaholic_vasudha ) asking whether my followers were doing fine in Life or Not and most of the responses included :
" Tired of Life " , " Stressed & depressed " , " There is so much negativity around " , " Life is pretty rough " , " Peace of mind needed " and only 2 or 3 responses that said : " Yes, life is good " , " Living my absolute best " and so on!

WHICH ONE ARE YOU ?
ARE YOU DEALING WITH A LOT OF STRESS AND LOSING OUT ON PATIENCE,
OR ARE YOU THE ONE WHO IS SATISFIED WITH WHATEVER COMES YOUR WAY AND KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH IT.

If your answer is ... Dealing with stress & negativity, continue reading .....
But DO NOT FREAK OUT !
NOW is the time to be patient because it's never too late for anything. Also realize one thing that NOTHING IN LIFE COMES EASY.

Listed below are a few ways to deal with life in general :

1) 
Reach out to your Parents. They’re the one’s who want the best for you. Not your friends, not your extended family but your parents.

2) Pray to God. I believe someone does exist up there. It helps your mind and soul to stay in a positive state.
3) Stop obsessing over your imperfections & emphasize on those things which make you awesome. Accept yourself the way you are. 
Focus on your plus points & try to improve your flaws rather than pointing out other's.

4) Believe you can and you're halfway there. Self motivation is the key.. . nobody else would want to see you rising, so help yourself and keep going.

5) Stay positive & spread good vibes wherever you go. Make love, not war. Spread peace and try not to panic in difficult situations.

6) Take out time to do things that you love. Say... travel, eat good food, walk your dog, write, shop, spend time with your family and friends - it's all therapeutic, trust me!

7) Eat right & stay fit. Physical health definitely affects mental health. Eat whatever makes you happy, include greens, nuts, fruits and desserts, for sure. Maintain a good diet and take care of yourself.

8) Do not forget to work hard. Someone correctly said - Work is Worship. Believe me when I say this. My work gives me happiness. If work is good, everything seems to be better. and if you're currently in a situation where you are not ok with whatever you are doing. Quit. Without a second thought, just quit. Trust me, it will be tough but eventually it will feel better !


AND LASTLY, 

YOU ARE BLESSED. FOCUS ON THAT !
